Winter Citrus from MattBites

by kate on January 24, 2012

The winter blues are on my doorstep, but I’m trying not to let them in just yet. Luckily, I find it pretty hard to have any kind of blues when staring at bold, beautiful citrus. This recipe revisit from MattBites provides an instant energy jolt.

Matt Armendariz is a former art director in the food industry who has put his passion for cooking and impeccable design skills to work to create one of the most inspired, enjoyable food blogs around. You can find all of the recipes for Matt’s citrus dishes here, and be sure to browse around a bit; I have a feeling you just might discover your next favorite recipe. In the meantime, I leave you to enjoy this visual dose of vitamin C.

Love these photos! Matt is so talented. Until I went to one of his workshops, I never understood how amazing food styling and photography could be. He’s a genius!
