The holidays are over, but the winter is here to stay for a while, and I am tempted to bring back the warmth of the luminaries and twinkle lights I just packed away. These paper lanterns by Claire of fellowfellow are exactly what a winter interior needs. I can’t get over the cleverness of this idea: the candle’s glow brings a bit of life to the photographs, and the shapes are so unexpected and charming. I imagine this project could adapt to all different types of images, but I love the silhouette of these various rooftop buildings. If you’re looking for a fun, cozy project for wintertime, look no further! You can find the full tutorial here, and be sure to check out a few of Claire’s other DIYs—they’re equally brilliant!
