Is it Friday already? How time flies! Meg and Anh-Minh are working hard on the next issue of Anthology, and I think a batch of these festive glittering cookies might be just what they need. I spotted these on one of my favorite sites, the aptly named What She Has Found—which, by the way, is well worth a browse if you’re looking for a weekend activity. Adapted by the gang at Purl Soho from a recipe in the Gourmet Cookie Book, these mini sandwiches look like delectable little gems, equally as fun to make as to eat.
