Rachel Khoo

One of the most visually delectable spreads in our global issue is the Parisian dinner party thrown in celebration of British-born chef, writer, and food stylist Rachel Khoo and her recently completed manuscript, The Little Paris Kitchen. The team put together a marvelous event for a very worthy recipient: Rachel seems to have a seemingly endless well of creative food ideas.

These images are from a series of events entitled the Edible Immigration Tales, with foods created by Rachel Khoo and Francesca Unsworth: flatbread and dipping sauce “painter’s palettes,” breakable clothed scarlet dashi with gobelins boulettes served with Cabernet Sauvignon, and more delectable treats. The two ladies clearly have a knack for creating playful, beautiful food for gatherings of all sizes. We were so lucky to be able to share the intimate gathering of friends in Rachel’s honor, and we hope you enjoy the recipes and details of the day in our current issue as much as we do.

What a fabulous idea. These look so beautiful not to mention creative. I would never have thought of that.
