I had a grand plan to score brunch at Outerlands this weekend, but let’s just say things happened, it didn’t quite pan out, and now I’m starting the week with a serious craving for gourmet pancakes. Lucky for me—for all of us, really—Michelle of Une Deux Senses recently devoted an entire week to sharing her favorite pancake recipes. The spiced peach pancakes (shown above) look too good to resist, but there’s also pear and creme fraiche, blueberry ricotta, chai spice…the list goes on. I may just roll the dice, or take the more extreme route and make them all. Which ones would you make first?
