It’s such a treat to see the creative ideas people come up with for their business cards. I’m partial to tactile or interactive cards (the kind that fold into something), so it should come as no surprise that I love these embroidered cards created by Poland-based designer Nina Gregier. Her embroidery skills don’t stop there, either. In fact, Nina has created a few series of embroidered text and typography that are just remarkable. Her letter forms are so inventive, and I wish I could run my fingers over the clean, impeccable lettering and feel the texture of the thread. We have a handmade issue on the books for next year, and we’ve definitely got our eye on master embroidery artists like Nina. Stay tuned …
