During a planning meeting last week, my fellow Anthology team members introduced me to the awesome Australian food blog What Katie Ate. Katie’s site is an exhaustive resource for gorgeous food photography, delicious recipes, and lots of other foodie-related tidbits. The beautiful summer weather keeps on coming, and I’m realizing that I’ve spent far too few weekends cooking my meals outdoors. I decided to turn to Katie for some inspired barbecue fare, and she did not disappoint. My plan is to try her summery feast consisting of marinated paprika lamb, sweet corn with chili and lime, pea & mint salad, smashed potatoes, and the kicker: praline peaches. Yum!!
I know what I’ll be making this weekend, and while I can guarantee it will be one of many meals I’ll be trying from What Katie Ate, I can’t guarantee mine will be as picture perfect.
