If you need a dose of beauty, texture, and color, I recommend a visit to the site of Chilean textile artist Karen Barbé. Embroidery is one of the few art forms that looks wonderful even when it’s unfinished, and it’s such a treat to look through Karen’s work in progress and peek inside her studio. Her textiles are simple, sweet, and full of beautiful summery color. If you like what you see in the studio, you can purchase some of her textiles in her shop.
