I know it’s only 8 o’clock in the morning, and baking a cake might not be the most suitable breakfast option—but can we just pause for a moment to appreciate how stunning this cake looks? Taking a cue from the citrus pattern in Stella McCartney’s spring line, Apollina pieced together several recipes to create this amazing “Stella Cake.” The cake has a lemon curd filling and is topped with an orange and lemon icing, juicy citrus slices, and sprigs of mint … wow.
