While continuing my search for outdoor inspiration, I stumbled upon these lovely outdoor furniture pieces from DEDON. Whenever the beginning of spring arrives and a warm breeze blows, I like to close my eyes and feel temporarily transported to a beautiful, serene place away from the craze of work and responsibilities. To achieve that kind of relaxation on a more permanent basis, I might consider taking up residence in one of their woven NestRest loungers, or perhaps I’d tuck myself away in the Orbit loveseat (shown below) with a lemonade and a good book.
The modern organic shapes have a touch of sci-fi to them, and they also manage to balance sophistication with the cozy, insulated appeal of a childhood fort. Don’t you want to curl up in one of these nests and nap in the trees? I know I do. You can read more about DEDON here and visit their showrooms worldwide.

That first photo is so gorgeous… it kinda sells it even more, you know? I also like the “pods” hanging from the tree – too cool!
Wow! What dramatic shots– I love it! Forgive the absolutely shameless plug, but I think you would also love The Derek Fell Collection (http://www.DerekFellCollection.com). His garden bridges, arbors and furniture are all inspired by Impressionist art and painters. It’s really amazing!
Love your blog!

Whoever set up these shots did so brilliantly and wonderfully. I especially admire that last photo, by the ocean. So relaxing and peaceful and wonderful. These are all set up to sell the products so well. I think my favourite item is that second last one. I’d stick it on my deck and read books in it all summer. :)
