One of my design idols is Keetra Dean Dixon. Not only does she come up with amazingly inventive projects that fuse humor and optimism with beautifully intelligent design, but she’s worked in almost every medium possible, with great success. I frequently find myself looking to her portfolio for inspiration—and to remind myself that there’s nothing wrong with taking risks, having fun, embracing collaboration, and trying a bit of everything.
