I’m incredibly charmed by these intricate hand-embroidered slides and newspapers by artist Lauren DiCioccio. Her work focuses on the tangible beauty of objects that are increasingly becoming obsolete. I love the intimacy and tactility created by the tangle of loose threads she leaves attached to each piece.
